Insurance & Payment
I am currently in-network with select insurance plans through Optum, including UnitedHealthcare, UMR, United Behavioral Health, and Surest.
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. Depending on your specific policy, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. I encourage you to verify your outpatient mental health benefits before beginning services.
Private-pay services are also available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Frequently Asked Questions

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your outpatient mental health benefits, including your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and any limitations on coverage.

I require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee equal to the full rate of the scheduled service. Cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance and are the client's responsibility.
